Phone Screen Test
Mobile-optimized display diagnostics — dead pixels, OLED burn-in, color, brightness, and touch response
Your Screen at a Glance
Dead Pixel Test
Display solid colors in fullscreen to identify dead or stuck pixels. Swipe to cycle colors.
Color & Gradient Test
Check for color banding, gradient smoothness, and wide color gamut support.
OLED Burn-in Detection
Gray backgrounds reveal burn-in marks from status bars, keyboards, and navigation. Look for ghost images of frequently displayed elements.
Tip: Rotate your phone slowly while viewing gray patterns — burn-in marks become more visible at slight angles.
Brightness & Black Level
Test near-black and near-white differentiation. OLED displays can show true black by turning off individual pixels.
Touch Screen Test
Test multi-touch support, edge responsiveness, and drawing accuracy.
Refresh Rate
Measures your screen's actual refresh rate via frame timing analysis.

What Does This Tool Test?
This mobile-optimized screen test checks your phone or tablet display for common issues: dead pixels, OLED burn-in marks, color accuracy, brightness levels, touch responsiveness, and refresh rate. All tests run directly in your browser — no app installation required.
How to Use
Tap any test card to start. In fullscreen mode, swipe left or right to switch patterns, or tap the X button to exit. For the best results, disable auto-brightness, set screen brightness to maximum, and test in a dimly lit room.
What is OLED Burn-in?
OLED burn-in occurs when static elements (status bar, navigation buttons, keyboard) are displayed for extended periods, causing permanent ghost images. This tool uses gray backgrounds to make burn-in marks visible. Slight burn-in is normal on older OLED screens.
Touch Screen Testing
The multi-touch test detects how many simultaneous touch points your screen supports. The drawing canvas helps identify dead zones where touch input is not registered. The edge test verifies that all corners and edges respond to taps.
Tips for Accurate Results
- Turn off auto-brightness and set brightness to maximum.
- Test in a dark room for dead pixel and burn-in detection.
- Clean your screen before testing to avoid false positives.
- For touch tests, remove screen protectors if possible.
- Rotate your phone while viewing gray patterns to spot subtle burn-in.
